Customer Loyalty Manager

Are you a marketing enthusiast with a passion for wine? We're seeking an experienced individual to drive our customer marketing strategy and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead customer marketing plans and activities that align with company goals
  • Collaborate with senior sales team to develop annual customer marketing strategy
  • Create and execute shopper marketing activities across multiple retailers
  • Work with creative partners to deliver brand assets and maintain brand guidelines
  • Represent the brand at consumer events and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer marketing and budget management
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Passion for wine and deep understanding of the industry
  • Experience of briefing creative work and working with brand guidelines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
