About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving initiatives that ensure the smooth running of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to advise on and manage complex projects, making strategic trade-offs between time, quality, and resources.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements across supply chains and multiple operations.
  • Support the planning and organization of complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder management.

**A Day in the Life:**

As a Program Manager, you will work closely with our teams to identify new opportunities and design implementation strategies. You will encourage and support your teams to meet important deliverables, while proactively seeking new ways to improve our operations.

We work behind the scenes to support new areas of the business, such as Amazon Fresh stores and our online grocery service. Our team has a deep understanding of the needs of our customers, employees, and partners, and helps to develop Amazon businesses of all sizes.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
