A Regulatory Compliance Officer is required to support the Head of Compliance in designing and delivering a compliance monitoring programme. The ideal candidate will have experience of retail broking or trading, along with a comprehensive understanding of FCA and other relevant regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and rapidly changing industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a culture whereby the Consumer Duty principles and policies are diligently adhered to and observed. They will also be required to produce high-quality reports that clearly articulate the conclusions of the assurance activity.
