We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Person-Centered Care Worker to join our team at Hansel Alliance. As a key member of our residential support staff, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to individuals with additional support needs.
Salary: £12 per hour
Location: Residential and Small Group Living Services across Ayrshire
In this rewarding role, you will work closely with service users, their families, and our multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized support plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.

Requirements
- Previous care experience preferred
