Culinary Operations Manager - Term Time with Inset Days

We are seeking a Culinary Operations Manager to oversee our school catering teams. This role will entail delivering a comprehensive catering service, managing the team, overseeing inventory control, planning menus, and addressing any additional hospitality needs.

The ideal candidate will possess proven culinary and managerial expertise, a genuine enthusiasm for fresh food, and prior experience in client relations. Ideally, you will hold an NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or an equivalent qualification, and you will be rewarded with a competitive salary.
