We are seeking a Culinary Operations Manager to oversee our school catering teams. This role entails delivering a comprehensive catering service, managing personnel, overseeing inventory control, menu planning, and fulfilling additional hospitality needs.
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated culinary and leadership skills, a genuine enthusiasm for fresh cuisine, and prior experience in client relations. Ideally, candidates should hold an NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or an equivalent qualification, and will be offered a competitive salary.
Harrison is committed to providing high-quality, fresh, and seasonal food, supported by a carefully curated network of suppliers across the UK who offer responsibly sourced ingredients, inspiring our chefs to develop innovative and exciting menus.
We prioritize the safeguarding and welfare of children; therefore, all successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS application, provide two references, and have the right to work in the UK.
