Job Title: Training & Knowhow Coordinator

We are seeking a part-time Training and Knowhow Coordinator to join our client in Glasgow (with travel when required). As the Training and Knowhow Coordinator, you will assist with the organizing and facilitation of training sessions for our internal team globally and client-facing training sessions. You will also help with collating and uploading of knowhow using a variety of know-how databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the organizing and facilitation of training sessions for our internal team globally and client-facing training sessions.
  • Help with collating and uploading of knowhow using a variety of know-how databases.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to support the organization's learning and development goals.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training programs that meet the organization's needs.
  • Provide administrative support for training events, including logistics, communication, and evaluation.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of working in a professional service environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and a team player.
  • Flexibility to travel when required.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £25-27K.
  • Part-time - 3 days (flex on days).
  • 25 days holiday + Bank holidays (pro rata).
  • Contributory pension of up to 5%.
