Head of AI Development

C10labs is a leading pre-seed startup that is transforming the home-buying experience with AI technology. We are seeking an experienced Head of AI Development to lead our AI development efforts and drive the technical vision, architecture, and implementation of our AI-driven platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python and REACT.
- Implement AI solutions, particularly those utilizing LLMs to extract structured data from unstructured text and images.
- Oversee the entire tech stack, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Master's preferred) with 6+ years of total experience.
- Full stack experience with a preference for backend expertise and the ability to review front-end code.
- Proven experience with using LLMs, especially for extracting structured data from unstructured text and images.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Javascript.
- Experience with frameworks such as Django (REST), Celery, Vercel/Vite, or PyUnit/ Cypress testing.
