We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Supervisor to join our young and expanding team at Farmer J. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a consistent high food quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the front of house team in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Train, coach, and develop the front of house team to achieve their full potential.
  • Ensure the correct Health & Food Safety standards are always followed.
