Job Title: Internal Communications Consultant

We are seeking a talented professional to help shape and implement a robust internal communications plan that aligns with our business strategy and reflects our organisation's vision and values. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of community, inclusion, trust, and engagement within our business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement communications activity to support the delivery of business goals and the transformation agenda.
  • Support with planning and delivery of events that connect and engage people across our business.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and develop communication plans that support our strategic narrative.
  • Monitor and feedback on the effectiveness of messages and channels, taking necessary steps for improvement.
  • Improve internal communications capability by coaching team leaders and project managers in key communication skills and techniques.
  • Champion the importance of excellent internal communications to the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and creating campaign and communication plans that support delivery.
  • Experience in internal communications / employee communications or change communications to support business transformation.
  • Project management and prioritisation skills, to handle multiple projects.
