About the role
Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Charlotte Lodge, Eastleigh. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, while also ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the development.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the maintenance of the property and ensuring that all necessary repairs and maintenance are carried out in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinating activities and events for the benefit of our Home Owners
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and internal colleagues to ensure that all aspects of the development are running smoothly
- Providing a first-class service to our Home Owners, including responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
As a successful Lodge Manager, you will have a passion for excellent customer service and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. You will be an accomplished administrator, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a ability to work independently and as part of a team.
