Executive Pub Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to take charge of The Plough pub in Effingham, Surrey. As the new Site Director and Entrepreneur, you will be responsible for leading the team, managing day-to-day operations, and driving sales.
The pub has undergone significant investment and offers a beautiful setting with a picturesque garden, perfect for enjoying drinks and meals. Your role will involve ensuring consistent standards of guest service, training staff, and implementing procedures to drive business growth.
You will work closely with an Operations Manager to build an exceptional pub legacy with uncompromising standards and stand-out guest experiences. With an uncapped cut of top-line turnover, you will have the freedom to define your own wage structure and manage your own team.
We are looking for a passionate and charismatic individual who can lead from the front, motivate staff, and create a positive atmosphere. You should have a proven record of achievements in a similar position and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership, motivational, and training skills.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a driven and entrepreneurial individual who is eager to take on a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
