Job Title: Academic Projects Coordinator

Quantum-h Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Projects Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing client requests for various projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery and billing.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review client requests and collaborate with internal teams to ensure full understanding of requirements.
  • Work closely with clients to define and scope project requirements, ensuring clarity on objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Allocate work to developers and facilitate pre- and post-story huddles to promote clarity of requirements.
  • Review project test platforms and work with testers to resolve any issues. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Develop sprint plans to align with project timelines and adjust tasks and priorities as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Attend daily stand-up meetings to ensure all projects are on track, ensuring the presence of necessary attendees for project discussions and following through on action items.
  • Facilitate clear communication across clients, quality assurance teams, development teams, and directors to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Work with client services to align project objectives with client expectations, addressing concerns and ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Escalate priority issues to senior management as needed, advising them on key correspondence and meetings requiring attention.
  • Conduct analysis on how projects impact overall business capacity and performance.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently in an unstructured, entrepreneurial software company environment.
  • Experience in project management and a customer-facing role.
  • Strong general IT knowledge, with experience in Microsoft Office, Jira, and Zendesk is an advantage.
  • An interest in ideation, requirements gathering from clients, design (e.g., banners, page layout) is advantageous but not essential.
