Academic Projects Coordinator

FinTech Futures is a leading B2B media brand covering the financial services technology sector worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Academic Projects Coordinator to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Academic Projects Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the successful end-to-end delivery of commercial campaigns across our portfolio of products and services. This includes working closely with the sales, marketing, design, editorial, marketing services, and operations teams to ensure timely and consistent completion of client projects.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate all aspects of client campaigns, end-to-end
- Regularly liaise with clients to acquire assets, set expectations, and oversee all components of sponsorship campaigns
- Monitor schedules and deadlines during all phases of client campaigns and prioritize tasks to ensure effective and timely execution
- Collaborate with the respective teams to ensure a cohesive team-based approach and successful delivery of campaigns
- Use analytical tools to provide reports for clients and drive better commercial decisions
- Work with the marketing team to showcase examples of products, case studies, and key information to aid in promotional campaigns
- Build relationships with key accounts
- Organize the setup and delivery of client webinars
- Coordinate and manage sponsorship campaigns at physical events (may require national and international travel)
- Stay up-to-date with current digital trends and incorporate new ideas and customer insights into future marketing services initiatives
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a project management, content marketing, or client success management role in media, events, or a related industry, with hands-on experience in client liaison
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, objection handling skills, and ability to work with a diverse range of people
- Willingness to learn and ability to demonstrate creativity with impactful results
- Bachelor's degree is an advantage but may not be essential depending on other experiences
