Academic Projects Coordinator

FinTech Futures is a leading B2B media brand covering the financial services technology sector worldwide. We offer a range of commercial products and services, including advertising, thought leadership, brand awareness, email marketing, lead generation, and events sponsorship.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Academic Projects Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the successful end-to-end delivery of commercial campaigns across our portfolio of products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate all aspects of client campaigns, including asset acquisition, scheduling, and deadline management.
- Provide regular liaison with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Monitor and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and effective delivery of client projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach and successful campaign delivery.
- Use analytical tools to provide reports and insights to clients, driving better commercial decisions.
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and showcase products and case studies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Organize and deliver client webinars and manage sponsorship campaigns at physical events.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital trends and incorporate new ideas and customer insights into future marketing initiatives.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in project management, content marketing, or client success management in media, events, or a related industry.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and objection handling skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and demonstrate creativity with impactful results.
- Bachelor's degree is an advantage but may not be essential depending on other experiences.
