Water and Wastewater Project Coordinator

Lanesra Technical Recruitment Ltd seeks a skilled Documentation Specialist, Records Management to deliver non-infrastructure water and wastewater projects as a Tier 1 D&B Contractor.
The successful candidate will ensure project documentation is correctly named, uploaded, and filed on the project document management system using approved templates.
- Set up and maintain project handover delivery trackers.
- Upload subcontractor documents to TWEXnet, maintaining consistency and metadata across all documents.
- Monitor Business Collaborator Assure and closure in RAG.
- Maintain site folders for efficient archiving and retrieval.
- Complete archiving on project completion.
- Liaise with Project Handover Manager and Project Managers on project status and missing documentation.
- Copy and scan project documentation.
- Provide and record Asset tags to Operations teams.
This role requires:
- Excellent Microsoft Office systems knowledge.
- Document control experience within the construction sector.
- Planning and Project Management experience.
