As a Strategic Project Coordinator at Thames Water, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our projects and programs. You will work closely with our project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, with experience in managing complex projects and teams. They will be responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and identifying and mitigating risks.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to Thames Water's Capital Delivery program and Turnaround plan. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring we can provide our customers and communities with clean water for years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities and track progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with governance requirements and regulatory frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in project coordination with experience in managing complex projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, business administration, or engineering.
