We are NSR Associates, a leading Main Contractor working on projects ranging from £25 Million to £250 Million in sectors like Data Centres, Pharma & Life Science, and Logistics & Distribution. Our goal is to achieve £1 Billion in turnover.

As a key member of our Pre-Construction team, you will oversee technical designs, review project documentation, and coordinate work with external sub-contractors.

Duties:

  • You will prepare and review technical designs submitted by consultants.
  • Oversee the development of project designs and ensure accurate documentation.
  • C Coordinate with external sub-contractors and design consultants to facilitate project progression.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues during project design and construction stages.

Requirements:

  • Main or Sub Contractor experience is essential for this role.
  • A Civil Engineering degree is required.
  • Prior experience in Design & Build projects is highly valued.
  • A positive attitude towards seizing opportunities is crucial for success.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
