At Thames Water Utilities Limited, we are seeking a skilled Project Management professional to join our team. As a key player in the delivery of large-scale projects, you will be responsible for driving project success from definition through deployment. Your role will involve identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

Our project managers play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of game-changing projects that modernize water and sewage networks. With your passion and dedication, you will contribute to creating a new era of water management.

Key responsibilities include building and developing project teams, directing projects from requirements definition through deployment, coordinating internal and external resources, evaluating project status, establishing and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders, and reporting project outcomes and/or risks.

To succeed in this role, you should have a background in working on complex construction or engineering projects, be aware of contractual project requirements, have a proven track record of managing third-party organisations, and be financially capable of running a Profit & Loss.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £46,000 to £75,000 per annum, 26 days holiday per year (increasing to 30 with length of service), contributory pension, personal medical assessments, and wider benefits scheme.
