Teacher for Vulnerable Students

This challenging yet rewarding position offers a salary of £42,000 per annum, dependent on experience. As a teacher for vulnerable students, you will work within the Polaris Community, a school dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for young people with complex ASC & SEMH needs.
About Our School:

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons that cater to the individual needs of our students, as well as collaborating with other educators to enhance student outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons within the national curriculum, adapting to the unique needs of each student.
• Work closely with class teams to develop and implement strategies that promote positive behaviors and improve student engagement.
• Maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
To succeed in this position, you will need to hold QTS and possess significant teaching experience. Experience working with students with SEND and knowledge of behavior management techniques are essential. A strong commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to adapt to new challenges are also required.
