Lettings Partner Opportunity in Basingstoke

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Partner to join our team in Basingstoke. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a strong market presence, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and improve operational and financial results in your designated area
  • Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term initiatives to increase profitability
  • Ensure legal and commercial compliance within your area
  • Engage in local marketing initiatives and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal teams
  • Contribute to the development of the Area strategy and support the Lettings Director in achieving profitable growth and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in the Residential Lettings industry, with a strong knowledge of the Basingstoke market
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service and a hunger to earn and grow
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and the marketing cycle, with the ability to build and sustain long-term performance through book growth
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal teams
What We Offer:
  • Basic salary up to £32,000 per year (dependent on experience)
  • On-target earnings of £70,000 per year
  • Fully uncapped commission scheme
  • Guaranteed monthly commission amount while building your pipeline
  • Remote working options, with a BMW Company car and mobile phone and laptop provided
  • Dedicated training and coaching, as well as a branch network to support your development
