Lettings Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lettings Partner to join our team at Spicerhaart in Basingstoke. As a key member of our Lettings team, you will be responsible for building a strong market presence, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and improve operational and financial results in your designated area
  • Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term initiatives to increase profitability
  • Ensure legal and commercial compliance within your area
  • Engage in local marketing initiatives and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with peers to build networks and relationships, and identify opportunities for referrals
  • Implement and ensure compliance of operational planning and financial control systems
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in the Residential Lettings industry, with knowledge and successes
  • Self-starter with ability to work effectively unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Hunger to earn and drive to work hard to reap rewards
  • Willingness to continuously develop yourself
  • Passion for Spicerhaart, our brands, values, and processes
  • Strong knowledge of Basingstoke and surrounding areas
What We Offer:
  • Basic salary up to £24,000 per year (dependent on experience)
  • On-target earnings of £54,000 per year
  • Fully uncapped commission scheme
  • Guaranteed monthly commission amount while building your pipeline
  • Remote working options, with a BMW Company car and mobile phone and laptop provided
  • Dedicated training and coaching, with a branch network to support your development
