Lettings Partner in Basingstoke

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Partner to join our team in Basingstoke. As a Lettings Partner, you will be responsible for building a strong market presence, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve operational and financial results in your designated area
  • Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term initiatives to increase profitability
  • Ensure legal and commercial compliance within your area
  • Engage in local marketing initiatives and build relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of the Area strategy and implement operational planning and financial control systems

Requirements

  • Proven track record in the Residential Lettings industry with a strong knowledge of the Basingstoke market
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, building strong internal and external relationships
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results
  • Willingness to continuously develop yourself and stay up-to-date with industry trends

What We Offer

  • Basic salary up to £24,000 per year (dependent on experience)
  • On-target earnings of £54,000 per year
  • Fully uncapped commission scheme
