Cowell Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Account Executive. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for sourcing new clients and expanding our commercial insurance portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Source new clients and expand our commercial insurance portfolio.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and providing customised solutions for them.
  • Recommend appropriate insurance products and source the best suited policy for the customers demands and needs.
  • Supporting your team with any office duties, adjustments, issuance, quotations and renewals
  • Working towards branch targets and deadlines

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 2 + years of experience in business development sales (B2B) or a strong sales and customer service background.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
