Business Development Director – a key appointment for Anthem Consulting in a major fund administration firm. As a Client Facing Origination Role, you will target real estate funds.

This major fund administration firm has offices worldwide and is in an ambitious growth mode. The company boasts a great down-to-earth culture too.

In this Business Development Director role, you will target the real estate funds market both in Jersey and Europe, the Middle East, and the US. This is an origination role targeting both corporate clients and intermediaries.

  • Drive sales from origination to completion
  • Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, new clients, and new partnerships
  • Target international fund managers as well as family offices and sovereign wealth funds
  • Build strong relationships with intermediaries such as law firms, consulting firms, and real estate consultancies
  • Work with existing clients to generate new mandates
  • Promote the company through networking at industry events and develop partnership opportunities
  • Build relationships with internal subject matter experts to introduce them to prospective clients
  • Use Salesforce to develop and monitor the sales pipeline

The role is based in London with occasional travel to Jersey and internationally for client meetings. You will enjoy hybrid working with 3 days in the office per week

You will have a significant track record of revenue generation within the financial services sector with a focus on targeting real estate funds. Knowledge of the Middle East market is ideal but not essential. A black book of referrers such as law firms and property firms is highly desirable
