Job Title: Finance Officer

About the Role

The Finance Officer will be responsible for providing efficient and effective financial management and administration support to the National Memorial Arboretum. This will include processing and banking of income and expenditure, reconciling supplier statements, and managing purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and bank income and expenditure in a timely and accurate manner
  • Reconcile supplier statements and request outstanding invoices
  • Collaborate with colleagues on purchase order management
  • Manage cash flow and prepare sales journals for the Restaurant, Coffee Shop, and Retail Shop
  • Ensure alignment with bank deposits, credit card receipts, and relevant systems
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent financial management and administration skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders.
