HR Officer

We are seeking a skilled HR Officer to partner with our dynamic Human Resources team at Reed. As an HR Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the team with various HR-related tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate identification, reference checks, and employment contract issuance.
- Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans aligned with the company's overall direction.
- Participate in HR projects, meetings, and training seminars to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff members.
- Manage the organization's employee database and prepare HR documents.
- Assist with budget monitoring and payroll processing.
- Provide support to employees on HR-related topics, such as leaves, compensation, and resolving issues.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer, Administrator, or other HR position.
- Knowledge of HR functions, including pay and benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc.
- Understanding of employment laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- HR Credentials (e.g., CIPD qualified) are preferred.
