HR Officer Role at Reed

We are seeking a skilled HR Officer to partner with our dynamic Human Resources team at Reed. As an HR Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the team with various HR-related tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate identification, reference checks, and employment contract issuance.
  • Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans aligned with the company's overall direction.
  • Participate in HR projects, meetings, and training seminars to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff members.
  • Manage the organization's employee database and prepare HR documents.
  • Assist with budget monitoring and payroll processing.
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related topics, such as leaves, compensation, and resolving issues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer, Administrator, or other HR position.
  • Knowledge of HR functions, including pay and benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc.
  • Understanding of employment laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • HR Credentials (e.g., CIPD qualified) are preferred.
