We are looking for an experienced HR professional who possesses:

  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: You are an excellent communicator and possess strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Team Player: You are a team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Continuous Improvement: You have a continuous improvement mindset and strong organisational skills, with a focus on driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Technical Skills: You are proficient in using HRIS systems and have strong IT skills, with the ability to utilise data to inform business decisions.

Qualifications

We are open to candidates with a CIPD qualification, but it is not essential. What is essential is that you have:

  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office: You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to utilise tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to deliver results.
