We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Good Egg Recruitment Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer enquiries, orders, and logistics, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Process customer purchase orders through in-house software, creating shop floor orders and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Liaise with customers on a daily basis, providing order updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Process deliveries, creating delivery notes and invoices for completed customer products.
  • Respond to customer queries, including quoting new products and investigating quality issues.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for quotes on materials and sub-contract processes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments on day-to-day topics.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Google Drive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work under pressure.
  • Excellent timekeeping and attendance, with a polite and friendly demeanor.
  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
