Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer enquiries, orders, and logistics, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Process customer purchase orders through in-house software, creating shop floor orders and coordinating with suppliers.
- Liaise with customers on a daily basis, providing order updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Process deliveries, creating delivery notes and invoices for completed customer products.
- Respond to customer queries, including quoting new products and investigating quality issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotes on materials and sub-contract processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments on day-to-day topics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Google Drive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work under pressure.
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance, with a polite and friendly demeanor.
- Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
