About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Team Member at our Cumbernauld Extra store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets, and maintaining a high level of store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets, maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities, ensuring that the store is well-presented and stocked at all times.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services, providing customers with expert advice and recommendations.
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
