About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Team Member at our Cumbernauld Extra store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets, maintaining a high level of store standards.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, maintaining a high level of store appearance.
  • Participate in stock management, receiving and processing stock deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Support colleagues with tasks and duties as required, maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
