About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. As a key member of our Guest Services Team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Transport luggage to and from guest rooms, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
- Assist with valet parking and other guest-related tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Fluency in English is required.
- A clean driving license with permission to drive in the UK is required.
- Must be over the age of 21 due to insurance requirements.
