Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is a luxurious retreat set in a restored 18th-century manor in the English countryside. Our hotel offers a unique blend of history, luxury, and natural beauty, providing an unforgettable experience for our guests.

The Role of Guest Services Agent:

The Guest Services Agent is a key member of our Guest Services Team, responsible for ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay. This includes greeting guests upon arrival, transporting luggage, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests
  • Transport luggage to and from guest rooms
  • Assist with valet parking
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English
  • A clean driving license with permission to drive in the UK
