A dynamic and growing Insurance Broker is seeking a skilled Telemarketing Executive to join their Commercial Insurance team. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize our internal client database to proactively contact previous customers and those with outstanding issues.
- Coordinate marketing plans and ideas to engage existing customers and identify new opportunities.
- Exhibit confidence on the telephone and convey a professional image of the business, demonstrating a positive attitude at all times.
- Understand our client's brand proposition and effectively communicate it to establish relationships with customers while identifying their insurance needs.
Requirements:
- Ability to build rapport with clients in a professional manner.
- Confidence and enthusiasm, with the ability to handle objections.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales experience in a professional environment.
