Telemarketing Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Telemarketing Executive to join our Commercial Insurance team at Employment Specialists Ltd.

As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for proactively using our internal client database to contact previous customers and customers with outstanding issues.

You will also be coordinating marketing plans and ideas to contact existing customers, and demonstrating a professional and confident image of the business at all times.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to build rapport with clients, be confident and enthusiastic, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

You will also need to have sales experience in a professional environment and be able to work effectively as a self-starter and collaboratively with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive use of internal client database to contact previous customers and customers with outstanding issues
  • Coordinating marketing plans and ideas to contact existing customers
  • Confidence on the telephone and ability to convey a professional and confident image of the business
  • Understanding our client's brand proposition and ability to articulate that to establish relationships with customers
