Primary School Mental Health Support Worker

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Graduate Mental Health Assistant in a mainstream Primary School in Coulsdon.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide classroom support to 4-11 year olds with Autism Spectrum Condition, Speech and Communication Difficulties, ADHD and Severe Social Anxieties.
- Plan, prepare and deliver learning activities for individuals and groups of students.
- Monitor pupils and assess, record and report on pupil achievement, progress and development.
- Build core skills and support a strong knowledge base through a tailored approach to individual needs.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A motivated, determined, resilient and dedicated individual is required, with a positive can-do attitude. Previous experience in Mental Health is advantageous.
**Benefits:*
- FTE £25,000, pro-rata £18,500 term-time only
- £480 per week, £96 per day, paid weekly on a PAYE basis
- Contract extensions available
