We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Mental Health Support Assistant. You will work closely with a qualified SENCO and receive ongoing training and development throughout your role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the educational and personal development of students with SEN and SEMH needs.
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to deliver effective learning programs.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with parents, carers, and family members.
