In this role as a Primary School Learning Assistant at RIBBONS AND REEVES, you will be responsible for providing classroom support to students with SEND and SEMH needs. With a strong emphasis on building core skills and supporting a strong knowledge base, our ideal candidate will plan, prepare, and deliver learning activities that cater to individual needs.

About the Role
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Assist students with daily routines, including breaks and meals.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.

We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. The salary for this position is £25,000 per annum (FTE) or £18,500 term-time only. If you are passionate about education and working with children, please apply.
