Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at ScS - Sofa Carpet Specialist. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the store's sales team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the store's inventory management, including ordering and receiving stock.
- Manage the store's budget and financial performance, ensuring that costs are controlled and profits are maximized.
- Recruit, train, and develop the store's sales team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
