Bid Coordinator Assistant

Bond Bryan, a leading architecture practice, is seeking a highly skilled Bid Coordinator to support the development and execution of the company's new business strategy.
The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills, substantial industry experience, and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
As a Bid Coordinator, you will assist in the preparation and submission of prequalification questionnaires, tenders, and other bid materials, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the writing, editing, and reviewing of bid responses
- Ensuring timely management of all tender activities
- Obtaining feedback from clients on successful and unsuccessful outcomes
- Supporting the development of bid collateral, including CVs and case studies
Key skills required include:
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use graphics effectively to articulate key messages
