New Homes Sales Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our client's team in Leicester. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for selling premium properties on a high-volume scheme. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary of £28,000 basic plus £46,000 OTE uncapped.

Your primary responsibilities will include meeting and greeting customers, taking details, qualifying requirements, and progressing sales. To excel in this role, you must have a strong customer service focus, sales drive, and ability to work independently. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of delivering sales results, with a minimum of one year's experience in new homes sales. You should be confident in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office, and have access to your own transport. A valid UK driving license is also essential for this role.
