About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team in the region surrounding Leicester. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, booking viewings, and selling off-plan units.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer enquiries made through our website or external portals
- Booking customers in for development viewings and following up after appointments
- Selling off-plan units to customers
- Conducting viewings on site and showcasing the development's surroundings
- Maintaining good housekeeping of the development
- Ensuring excellent communication with customers from reservation to completion date
- Conducting snagging lists prior to handover
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have stability in their employment profile, excellent customer service skills, and experience in sales. Although new homes experience is desirable, it is not essential. The candidate must have at least 2 years of sales experience and be able to work in a KPI-driven environment.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
