About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead Mental Health Clinical Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the care of patients within our Adult Mental Health services, working collaboratively with a wide-ranging multi-disciplinary team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, with experience in leadership and management. They will be able to demonstrate evidence of their ability to reflect on their own performance and critically appraise it.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £53,205 - £63,130 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including flexible working and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • To oversee the assessment of health and social needs, formulation, planning, delivery, and evaluation of care for patients
  • To assist with the management of the ward on a day-to-day basis, supporting and acting on behalf of the Ward Manager and delegating tasks and duties responsibly
  • To work collaboratively across a multi-disciplinary team to achieve high-quality patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
  • Evidence of leadership skills, including ability to reflect on own performance and critically appraise it
  • Ability to work collaboratively across a multi-disciplinary team
