About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Section Leader to join our team at Asda. As a key member of our store management team, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong coaching and mentoring style, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers. You'll also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

As a Section Leader at Asda, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment. You'll work closely with our store management team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the success of our store.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends
  • Develop and implement plans to improve sales and customer service

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about retail and has a strong desire to develop their skills and knowledge. You'll need to be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts.
