Group Leader

As a Group Leader - Nightshift, you will be responsible for managing and leading the operation of the Section. This includes planning and delivering the Balanced Programme, working with Assistant Section Leaders, Section Assistants, Young Leaders, and Scout Active Support members. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of the programme, promoting the achievement of badges and awards, and supporting the development of young people.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reviewing the operation of the Section, and making decisions to ensure the smooth running of the Group.
This is a challenging but rewarding role, requiring a high level of commitment and dedication. If you are passionate about working with young people and have a strong desire to make a positive impact, we encourage you to apply.
