Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Team Leader to join our Abingdon team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading by example and delivering exceptional results. With a passion for retail and a drive to succeed, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive store environment
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance
