About Pathways to Property

Pathways to Property is a pioneering project that aims to widen access to the real estate and planning profession by raising awareness of and aspirations about the vast range of careers available within the sector.

Our Mission

We strive to deliver on our aims to increase diversity and inclusion in the industry by exposing students from less advantaged and non-traditional backgrounds to opportunities within the property sector.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking 2-3 industry figures to act as Advisory Board Members, bringing their expertise and experience to drive the strategic direction of the project and maintain accountability against key aims and objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Be ambassadors for the project, willing to act as spokespeople and support/represent the project in awareness-raising activities.
  2. Input into the strategic direction of the project and maintain accountability against key aims and objectives.
Key Skills and Experience

We are looking for individuals with experience in finance, marketing, education, or fund management, who can bring a fresh perspective to the project.

Term of Appointment

Advisory Board Members will be appointed for a term of three years, renewable on agreement of the Chair, RREF Executive Director, and member.

Meetings

The Board will meet three times a year in London, with Advisory Board Members taking it in turns to host meetings at their company offices.
