About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Pathways to Property Project Board as Advisory Board Members. As a member of this board, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of the project and promoting diversity and inclusion in the real estate and planning industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as ambassadors for the project, representing the organization in awareness-raising activities and events.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the project, ensuring alignment with industry needs and objectives.
  • Provide input on measures to advance and extend outreach and access work, attracting a more diverse cohort of students to the property sector.
  • Attend regular meetings with the Programme Delivery Manager to review project progress.
  • Support the aims and objectives of the project, promoting further industry engagement and attending events as necessary.
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a strong track record in finance, marketing, education, or fund management, who can bring a unique perspective to the board. As a member of the Pathways to Property Project Board, you will be expected to:

  • Have a deep understanding of the real estate and planning industry.
  • Be able to contribute to the development of the project's strategic direction.
  • Be willing to act as a spokesperson for the project, representing the organization in various settings.
  • Be able to commit to a term of three years, renewable on agreement of the Chair, RREF Executive Director, and member.
