We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join our client's team in the banking sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of IT Networks, supporting the opening of a new data centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Deliver projects within established agile project management frameworks, ensuring technical capability is in place to support potential incidents.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance to enable efficient incident management, working closely with IT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively implement IT Network projects, ensuring key deadlines are met and risks are mitigated within project timelines.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and drive changes as part of a Change Management programme.
  • Risk Management: Ensure the Bank's risk management frameworks are followed to minimize exposure to adverse influences.
  • Excellence Delivery: Deliver excellence by utilizing the Bank's existing development framework to provide opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing complex projects in a Data Centre environment.
  • Improvement Implementation: Track record of implementing and leading improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Management Methodologies: Proficiency in project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Project Finance and Resource Management: Ability to manage project finances and resources effectively.
  • Agile Project Management Tools: Familiarity with agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
