About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join our team at Pontoon Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of technical projects and ensuring the successful implementation of surveillance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the integration process and implementation events across shared infrastructure
  • Lead the Service Introduction process, coordinating parties to ensure successful delivery
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure interlock and enable delivery at pace
  • Identify blockers to delivery by proactively monitoring, troubleshooting, and diagnosing technical issues
  • Act as the interface between the supplier and key business stakeholders
  • Lead complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties
  • Provide consultancy for governance activities owned by the Product Owner
  • Enable the delivery of technology risk and control improvements
Requirements
  • Previous background in Delivery/Project Management, particularly technical change programs and related governance activities
  • Regulatory Surveillance experience
  • End-to-end testing
  • SAS and cloud knowledge/experience
  • Experience delivering using Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence and either Kanban or Scrum methodology
  • Demonstrate ability to support multiple deliveries simultaneously
